I think red has become one of my power colors. I almost feel different when I wear it ; Sexy even. You know a bold red lip is fire. A striking red pump is sick and the classic red bag, well, you know how nice it pops when paired with any neutral look. That'll definitely never get old in my book. In all honesty, I never used to wear the color much, but when I did, I always got compliments on how well it looked on my skin tone. "I think that's your color," they would say. After I heard it multiple times, Hmmm, I thought to myself...Maybe it is!
I've seen other bloggers seperate their text in between pictures. I'm not exactly sure why, but my guess would be to break up a massive body of text, to keep the interest flowing in the direction in which they want their reader to go and it's definitely easier to read. I suppose people are more likely inclined to read short excerpts, than to dive into a large written dissertation, lol. . Unless you're like me, and don't mind 😊 Anywho, let me know if you like this way better.
This is actually my second time wearing this jumpsuit since I purchased it 2 years ago. I initially purchased it frantically shopping for a birthday outfit and lucked up strolling through JCPenny. I had never featured it before so I thought what the heck, lets put it on le blog.
I think wide legs are a definite style of pant that I will always love no matter what. They create such a beautiful sway of movement and fluidity, that I feel like my legs are floating inside of my pant leg...I love it! The classic halter style neckline is perfect for small busts and the defining waist tie, adds a little volume and elevates the look just a tad.
Star of the show though, is this ethnic, bohemian, beaded choker that creates the perfect inverted triangle for the v neckline. 😍😍😍😍 I'm all about ethnic statement jewelry, and this one here, probably reigns in my top 3 favorite necklaces in my collection. It also features carefully placed fan tassels that add just the right amount of texture to such an avante garde piece. I kept it simple on the feet with a pair of cobalt blue, single strapped sandals. So, what do you guys think? Leave your comments below and don't forget to subscribe! Until then, Grab your Garb!
Style Tip of the day
Jumpsuits are such an easy piece to style. They also create long lines on the body, lengthening your silhouette a bit.
