I don't visit the thrift store often, but when I do I always tend find great pieces! On this particular trip I happened upon this genuine leather skirt that featured two side splits and an almost corset-esque lace up front. It was a size 12, but knowing the cut of vintage pieces I went to try it on anyway...it fit perfectly! I was so happy that I had decided to randomly stop because I wouldn't have found this great piece. I headed to the register with absolutely no idea of how much the skirt cost because the "it fit" characteristic had me eager to get it out of the store. When $12 appeared on the POS system monitor, I could've sprinted through that store filled with joy. For the record I didn't but I wanted to, lol.
I paired my skirt with a grey, black and white snake printed blouse, a pair of black pumps and this custom made, leather fringe clutch that I have worn out since I tore open the package! I think the outfit was very simple but it had little characteristics within the pieces that I chose, that made the outfit Interesting. What do you guys think? Let me know in the comments below. Until then loves..."Grab your Garb!"
